Job Opening Print and Fulfillment Assistant

Position Title: Print & Fulfillment Assistant
Department: Fulfillment Department
Reports to: Fulfillment Manager

Education or Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma, College is a Plus
General Office Experience

Knowledge, skills, abilities and essential responsibilities required:
  •  •  Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, including spreadsheets and word processing with a high degree of accuracy
  •  •  Knowledge of Network Ready Copiers /Printers, experience using print production servers
  •  •  Experience performing data entry & mail merging
  •  •  Able to multitask and prioritize workday and manage interruptions of scheduled tasks due to urgently needed fulfillment requests, and then resume previous tasks
  •  •  Keen ability to learn and master all aspects of finishing different print projects. This includes collating, trimming large format sheets, scoring and folding
  •  •  Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  •  •  Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  •  •  Experience in print production or in a related area is required
  •  •  Assist the Fulfillment Manager with the scheduled Fulfillment Department assignments to completion. This may include proofing files and a variety of tasks including production and mailing work with attention to detail
  •  •  Understands and adheres to product Quality Control
  •  •  Responsible for any other duties requested by management
Position Summary:

We are looking for an individual that not only meets the job description requirements but has the same Christian incentives to work as a team member to honor and glorify the Lord in our assistance to the poor and suffering in the Developing World. The Print & Fulfillment Assistant position requires that the Candidate must be an organized team player with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. The Candidate must be able to be directed by his/her Supervisor and be self motivated in order to assist in the process of fulfillment in the time frame schedules allotted. Attention to detail is an essential mandate to assure accuracy from review to task fulfillment. The position requires a “team player” who can work comfortably and easily with volunteers who play an important role within the fulfillment department structure, as well as with other staff.
