People Operations & Development Leader

  • Build strategic plans collaboratively with executive leaders?
  • Foster cross-cultural understanding of the global mission and values?
  • Be a role model of an organization’s beliefs and values?
  • Provide leadership for general HR functions?

Here is a summary of some of the key areas this role will lead:

  • Human Resources/Employment
  • Training and Development, for both Cross domestic staff and coaching the leadership of our international partners
  • Spiritual Formation/Integration

What basic requirements are we looking for?

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Leadership, Communication, or a related field
  • 8+ years of senior level HR leadership experience with at least 5 years a NPOs
  • A deep Christian faith and a passion for serving

Other preferred requirements

  • PHR or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Leadership, Communications, or related field
  • Leadership experience through either a church, Christian ministry, or Christian nonprofit
  • Training and experience in conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana

This position:

  • Reports to the President & CEO
  • Leads our Human Resources
  • The role is a salaried, exempt leadership role
