Reports to: Director of Marketing and Media
The Digital Marketing & Print Specialist executes integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels to drive donor engagement, acquisition, retention, and fundraising growth. This role combines creative production, technical execution, and project management to ensure Cross International’s story is communicated with clarity, consistency, and impact across print and digital media. The ideal candidate is also a values-driven team member who champions the organization’s mission and is comfortable collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and web to support fundraising initiatives and donor engagement. Develop and maintain brand voice on social media.
Design, coordinate, and produce print materials (appeals, brochures, reports) ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
Create and adapt digital and print assets including graphics, basic video, and written content aligned with mission and brand voice.
Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, QA, and performance tracking.
Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with active campaigns. Build landing/donation pages in support of marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution and messaging across all channels.
This role requires a committed Christian faith and active alignment with Cross International’s mission to build stable families, resilient communities, and rooted and growing faith-lives in the name of Jesus Christ. Candidates must be active members or regular attenders of a local Christian church and demonstrate a genuine calling and passion for serving those in material and spiritual poverty.
While theological background or ministry experience is not required, a personal commitment to Christian faith practices and a willingness to integrate faith into the workplace culture are essential. Respect for diverse expressions of Christian faith within the organization is expected.
