POMPANO BEACH, FL — October 3rd, 2025 — The Board of Directors of Cross International is pleased to announce the appointment of Zach Oles as the organization’s new President and Chief Executive Officer.
Oles succeeds Kelly Miller, who will step into the role of CEO Emeritus, where he will continue to work closely with Cross International’s financial partners and serve as a mentor to Oles. Kelly Miller joined Cross International in 2018 during a period of transition and change. His steady leadership helped guide the ministry through a crucial season, positioned it for growth, and allowed Cross International to expand its global impact. “I’m excited for the future of Cross International and the leadership Zach will bring,” Miller said. “It’s been a lifetime honor to serve with Cross International and the Cross team these past seven years. The time is right for Zach to take Cross into the next season of organizational life.”
The Cross International Board of Directors expressed deep gratitude for Miller’s stewardship. “We are deeply grateful for Kelly’s unwavering commitment and faithful leadership,” said Board Chair Jimmy Dodd. “His steady hand guided Cross International through a critical season.”
The Board of Directors entrusts Oles with the role of President and CEO, confident that his 15 years of service to Cross International, his steadfast commitment to the mission, and his heart for servant leadership have prepared him to lead the ministry into a new chapter with faith, courage, and vision. “Zach’s heart for the poor and his passion for the Gospel are evident in everything he does,” said Vice-Chairman of the Board Mark Montoney. “We are confident he will lead Cross with vision, humility, and strength.”
